Stanley

Color:  Beige
Age: 1 1/2 years
Sex:  Male (neutered)
Size:  6.5 pounds

Stanley’s pictures don’t do him justice of how cute he is.  He’s just so super cute.  We are not sure of Stanley’s breed, but he may be Maltese Poodle mix. His owner just didn’t have time for him with a very busy schedule.  Luckily, when she decided to give him up, she chose me to make sure he ends up in a safe loving home.

Stanley gets along with other dogs in the foster home but would be fine as an only dog as he loves attention and lap time. He is a true snuggler.

Stanley came from an apartment, so when he went into his foster home and was shown a big back yard, he was very excited.  Stanley taught himself how to use the doggie doors both in and out in a matter of hours.  He was only shown how to go outside once, and he figured out the rest all by himself.  He’s a very fast learner.

Stanley has lots of energy and is a very busy boy.  He may have been confined for long hours in his previous home so when he was given the freedom of a house and yard, he took advantage of all of it.

Stanley can be your little shadow and follow you around everywhere.  He loves to be with people.  Because Stanely is so small, he’s a very easy dog to travel with.  He’s crate trained during the night and sleeps quietly all night.  He travels quietly in a crate in the car.

It’s easy to fall in love with this little guy but because of his high energy, he may not do well with a senior over 70.

For more information on Stanley, feel free to email me at [email protected] or call 661 618-7308.

Stanley wasn’t neutered when he came into rescue but since then he’s been neutered, he's up to date on shots and microchipped.

An approved application is required for Stanley’s adoption.
Stanley is located in southern CA and a home within a couple of hours of his foster home would be best.  No out of state adoptions.

The tax-deductible adoption donation for Stanley is $450.
