Molly

Color: Red
Coat:  Smooth
Age: 3 years

Sex:  Female Spayed
Size:  15 pounds

Molly is a beautiful red girl who was surrendered to rescue a year ago.  The family had moved to a place with no fenced yard and Molly being a young energetic girl, would take off running in places that were dangerous to her.  So for her own safety they gave her up.  Molly was quickly adopted to a large home with another dog, a large secure back yard but the very first night Molly found a small space in between 2 wrought iron bars and got out and took off onto a golf course.  Luckily, she was returned home safely.  But apparently a year later, Molly is still a major runner and once again this owner fears for her safety.

Molly is a very sweet girl and gets along with the other dog in the home but can be a bit bossy.  She always has to be the first one out.  She attaches herself to her owner and is a very loving girl.  But she does require some training or a special collar that doesn’t allow her to go as far as she wants to go or keeps her from slipping out the door and taking off. Molly needs a special home with an active family who is maybe involved in competition with Fast Cat or agility where Molly can use up her energy.

We’ve been told Molly is not good on a leash when she sees other dogs so she needs a home that can handle her or take her for training.

For more information on Molly, feel free to email me at [email protected] or call 661 618-7308.

Molly is spayed, microchipped and up to date on shots.

An approved application is required for Molly’s adoption in the southern California area.  I drive all my dogs to their new homes and there's only so far I can drive.

The tax-deductible adoption donation for Molly is $450.
