How can anyone resist this sweet fluffy boy? The reason we named him Chase is because he was found as a stray running with 2 other little dogs. They were picked up for their safety and brought to the shelter. But somehow Chase escaped the people who were trying to help him and was running around the parking lot of the shelter. They couldn’t catch him. Somehow Chase managed to go around the corner and up the street to the state prison grounds where people were chasing him for 3 days. He was finally caught and brought to a temporary home until a rescue could be found to take him.
I couldn’t resist his cuteness, so we took him into our rescue.
Due to his scary experience, he was a bit shy with people at first, but he is learning to trust and loves to be snuggled and cuddled. He’s a really sweet boy. He is currently in a foster home with another rescue and is learning confidence from the other dog. Chase would do best in a home with another small dog for company but no cats. He chases cats. We think Chase will make a very nice family dog. He is housebroken as long as he has access to outdoors and is now walking well on a leash.
Chase is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped.
